We NEEDED a 34' 5th'er Weekend Warrior hauler an 03ltz400 and a LT500R for me.

Ok back on topic Wyatt is an 80lb 6 yearold big boy he looks 9.
He has mastered everything the lil 80 had. so we started hopping up the ole LT80. First was a DG pipe then Clutch roller/shoe mods. New bars,New brakes Head milled 0.030"
Now Im trying to get him just a lil bit moore.

1.428 Chain and sprockets (ordered)
2.reed cage mod w/boyesen reeds (done)
3.port work? PM's sent LOL
4.Polaris sportsman 90 front shocks (ordered)

Anyone have anything to add?

Why the Polaris shocks? I mean, I know the LT's shocks are useless but this is a new one on me.
Are they the same length?

 

Yes Jack they seem to be I'll have em tomorrow they have 5" of travel plus 4 spring rate adj. I will chime in tomorow in a new thread if they work out
