Default CPI Bullet 90

So I just recently picked up a CPI bullet 90 for my kids the thing ran when we sprayed a little carb cleaner in the air filter so now time to clean the carb and get it running right. My question is it seems to have two petcocks or something similar. The first is right below the tank on the right side if sitting on it. There is also your typical black plastic choke lever on the left side. However there seems to be one more valve of sort on the carb right below the choke. I am confused and am not sure what this one would be and want to make sure I have them in the right position for running/ starting. I have messed with other bikes and have had no problem but this has me a little stumped. I am currently at work so cant post pics but will be working on this later tonight and just wanted to get an idea on what this extra valve/ petcock could be.

whoa, gonna need pics, at the tank almost sounds like a fuel pump like the old suzukis. i've seen the big black choke lever before. but the one below, does it have splined round end on the shaft? could that be a quick dial for mixture rather than a screw? or an idle adjuster?
