lt80 homemade wheels spacers
Well I felt ambitious today and decided to spend more time on this quad. I went out and bought hardware to make my own spacer kit. i spent about $50 on it, so i didnt really save money unless I wanted to buy $150 blue label kit. then yes, yes I did!! although the cheapest ones are the ebay pack for $50. so it worked out good and i didnt have to wait for them to b shipped. i believe it was about a 3 3/4" increase overall. oh yeah! my daughter also HAD TO HAVE Polamalu's number on her quad.
here are the materials. i couldnt find grade 8 (3/8-3"bolts) at lowes so went stainless. when i do find them, i will change them out, for this was the fastest and easiest mod i have done to this quad yet. i do beleive they will be fine for now. grade 8 washers; nylon locking nuts; 1 3/4" coupler
this is the before
spindle with hardware
