Default Dinli Enforcer 150 Help!!!

I have bought a brand new Dinli Enforcer 150, it runs great and is a very fun ATV,

but i jus had a couple of questions about it,

1. The front tires have the thread backwords, so im geussing we have to change the sides of the tires (from left to right) is this right?

2. The throttle has a limiter and it says in the manual not to open the setscrew more then 15mm, however the throttle can go much more deep and i believe that it can have more power, should i listen to the manual or open the throttle full?

3. The rear rack is on but is removable i am thinking of removing it to make it look more sportier, will it do anything bad to the Atv?

Thank you for all your help this is my first ATV and i hope i will enjoy it !!!

Yes you can swap the tires to get the tread right.

I have a limiter screw also. Mine is all the way out. I don't see why you can't do the same.

One thing to consider on the rear and front rack: I flipped my quad last summer. I slid down a mountain with the quad on its side and on top of me. Those racks held up pretty good and helped maintain that space where my right leg goes. Without the racks the plastic would have collapsed and done a lot more damage to my leg than I received.

16 mm, but some caveats:

I don't have a Dinli 150cc. I have a Hemsim 150cc. And the throttle assembly is not the original. I bought another one from the same dealer after the first was torn off in my rollover crash. The second was different from the first even though it works fine. A lot of chinese parts are interchangable across brands and even engine sizes.

If I back the limit screw out any further it falls off.

Okey thank yoou,

so basically you hae the screw out all the way so the throtle is not being stopped until it hit the wall of the throttle limiter, so the screw is basically useless in your case?,

tank you for all the help

Yes. The main purpose of the limit screw is to limit the throttle travel for kids (even though kids aren't supposed to ride such big machines).

hmmm. contact your dealership/manufacturer and see if there is a recall on the part. if it happened to 2 machines of the same age and background, to me sounds like it's not coincidence but faulty parts, then something is going awry. it's worth a call. hmmmm, amazing that you're a part of it--dual separate failures......hmmmm. never heard of that happening, BUT, it'd be worth a call to see on a recall notice and then see if they want to do an autopsy on the part for quality control........hmmmm.
