Default Can-Am DS70 or Kymco Mongoose 50

I'm looking to get my daughter (she will be 5) her first ATV and I've pretty much narrowed it down to either a 2008 Can-Am DS 70 ($1500) or the 2009 Kymco Mongoose 50 ($1600). They are both new. She has a younger brother (2 yrs) who it will get passed down to when she moves up in size. I'm also looking at a used 2006 Polaris 50cc ($700). Which would you recommend?

I would go with the Polaris, if it's the 2 stroke model, which I think they were in 2006. It will have more pep than a 4 stroke model, and they are easy to work on if you ever need to. (plus your saving half of your money) It should give both of your kids years of good riding.
