Default 2003 Eton Viper 70cc - 2 Stroke

I just got a message on my phone of a garage sale with a 2003 Eton Viper 70cc for sale. It's a 2-Stroke and I'm curious if there are any gotchas on these that I should look for?

The price said $400, but I think I have already talked them into $250 ... which seems good enough of a deal to buy it, but wanted to see if there were any types of things I should really inspect before I drive an hour and half to buy it.

Is this a 50 that has been bored out?..I'm pretty sure there were no 70s till around 2005-6 ...I have had great luck with our viper 90 and would recommend one to anybody..If you can pick it up for the price you mentioned it would be a steal!
