Default Kymco 70 & 90

How do I remove the speed governor on the Kymco 70 & 90. And is there anything else to do to help it reach top speed?

You have to cut the green wire under the seat going to the rev limiter. And some have a collar on the clutch shaft so the belt doesnt ride to end of pulleys. Theres also the screw on the handle bars but im sure you already removed that.

There is no wire to cut if its the 4-stroke.
