50cc dinli gas in the air filter

my son has a 50cc dinli and lately it loses power and boggs down when you give it gas and eventually shuts off.

i pulled the air filter off and it was soaked in gas and the gas is constantly leaking out of the hose underneath.

can anyone tell me how to fix this?

It sounds like a problem around the area of float valve in the carb.
The smooth movement of the valve system should be checked.
No dust like particles should be on the seat.
