Default Piston INstall on Eton 70

I was just trying to confirm the way the new piston goes in.. The previous owner had everything messed up on the ATV. Does the arrow point up or down. I think up but not totally sure.

yeah i figured that last night.. The previous owner had the piston upside down.. May explain the running issues.. I still have to call the shop at 10am to see what they are going to do with the damaged head now

Shave the head .010 or sand it on a flat surface.

.010 will not work I took it to a machine shop already.. The marks were too deep. And the head was already shaved down for higher compression. I sent the head back for a new one yesterday. Hopefully will have it within a week.
