Can I use that Lucas Oil treatment for the Gear Oil? it says on the bottle, when using for Gear oil, use at full strength, it smells just like gear oil too.
I would have thought the sight glass was more accurate because it is on the crank case. Man they need to send a manual with these things!!!

Make sure when you are checking the oil level that you're not screwing the dipstick back in. On most you're supposed to insert the stick until it touches the top of the threads on the crank case then pull it back out and inspect level.

I finally got the battery charged and let it run for about 10 minutes. I had to shut if off and it wouldn't start up. So i charged the battery again but this time i can't get it to start at all. I don't think i have flooded the engine. I wonder if it is the spark plug? any suggestions?

thanks

What about the Gio Mini 50cc Quad, they don't need any gear oil do they? They are just one speed (CVT) like a skido.

The Giovanni 200cc Beast, Do NOT put Gear Oil in it!!!!!!! Just Engine Oil.
I put Gear Oil in Where the guy told me to and it just mixed with the engine oil, so I had to drain it and refill the engine oil!!!!!!

I just bought mine too. Did you get instructions on how to assemble yours? I got the 'how to start/maintain/run it' instructions, but nothing on how to build it. If anyone has something either online, or that they can scan and email me, I'd be like totally grateful! Thanks again!

We just put together a 110cc Gio, It runs for about 2 minutes then dies, then battery always dies aswell. We checked the gas cap, It had air flow through the breather, then check fuel line filter and it has fuel going through it... could it be in the carb, or eletrical? what else is there for trouble shooting?
