Default Polaris outlaw 90

Does anyone that have this same quad have any problems with their electrical?
I have to kick start my kids quad all the time. Dlr said it was bad grounding on there, but it still happens.

Default Polaris outlaw 90

My son's Outlaw 90 had problems that we thought were carb related. It would bog down going up hill. Turned out to be an electrical issue although I have no clue what it was. I got rid of it even before it was fixed. JUNK!!!!

Default outlaw 90 junk

You hit the nail on the head! I bought my son a 2008 Outlaw 90 two years ago and I have had nothing but problems from the day it was delivered. The first bike had starting problems and wouldn't stay running. The dealer replaced with a second bike only to find out it had the same problems. This bike has had stater replaced, flywheel, multiple batteries, throttle cable issues, fuel line needed to be rerouted, engine bolts worked loose. Should I continue? This bike has been in the shop more than at my house. Polaris will not stand behind the product, they keep sending me back to my dealer. Polaris says that they do not buy products back. I would not recommend that anyone buy anything made by Polaris. Anyone ready for a class action suit???

The stater was replaced twice as they were working on that they found the bolts, flywheel etc. The bike is currently in the shop for a non starting issue. It also will not stay running when the bike gets hot. Stalls out on the trails. Talked with Polaris again last night. They have no record of any complaints made on the bike. I'm glad that I documented EVERYTHING and kept copies. They once again are sending me back to my dealer to resolve the issues. I asked what about when the warranty runs out. Answer: Go talk to your dealer. You can figure out what I told them!!
