Default Taotao main-ex 110cc oil change question?

Hello to all,
I just purchased a taotao ata110-h atv for my son and I wanted to change the oil in it. It is automatic and when I looked under the engine there are two plugs that are the same. The guy I purchased it from really didn't know much about them so that is why I'm asking on this forum. Any help is appreciated. Also, Is there some place that I can get a user manual for this atv. thanks Philip

Maybe you can find the difference of these two plags/bolts interms of their sizes. One is sized for 17 wrench and the other is for 14. The oil drain is the one sized for 17. If you mistakenly loose remove the 14 sized bolt, some organs such as a coil-spring and a pipe with sevral holes will come out . These are components for cam-chain tensioner. Never loose 14 sized bolt. Good luck.

Thanks for the help, I'll try that. I need to look at them again because I thought they were the same size. Your link would not pull up but thanks again. On another note, do the automatic transmission use any gear oil or is it lubricated from the engine oil? Thanks

The engine oil of 0.7L poured would work for the lubrication to the transmission gears as you stated. I usually use Honda G1 oil, because the China engines are designed basing on that of Honda SuperCub as you may know. The link I pasted had not begun to work yet. I just wanted to introduce a photo which showed of the drain location. It's alive now. I haven't got used to use this WEB yet. Sorry, PHILIP0812

Thanks for the help. I payed $475 and it seems to be working okay. Did you happen to receive a service manual with yours. The guy I purchased mine from didn't have one. Thanks

There should be two drain plugs, one slightly on an angle and one strait down.
the one strait down is the oil drain bolt. the other one is the oil filter/screen bolt and that too needs to be removed and cleaned every other oil change.
I recommend a synthetic oil like Amsoil 0w-40 after the first oil change to help keep it running cooler and lasting longer
