I've been having problems with an Eton Viper RXL-90R too. It cranks but will not start. I went through the entire system too after taking it to the shop several times. All that they found and fixed was the ignition switch. But when it came home it ran great for a day and then nothing. Ordered a new CDI Box; that wasn't it either. Found this great site that offered a troubleshooter for Etons and even sales parts. It looks like it was the AC Generator the whole time. Here's the site if anyone wants to check them out.
