Default Eton Viper 90R 4 stroke.

I use 2 5/8 " mylar spacers on our Viper 90R, thus adding over 5" to the width, but then again the 22" mudlite rear tires (which replaced the 18" stock tires) also added to the height. Overall, stability is great and so is the ride.

I also changed to a bigger rear sprocket, in order to get back some of the power that was lost when I went to the bigger rear tires. In any case, there is plenty enough power for my 65 lb. daughter, and I can toot around on it as well.

Where did you get the 1.5" spacers? I only found 1" billett aluminum. I would rather avoid using the stud type spacers if possible? Thoughts? Thanks for the help!

You can't get the plastic ones any more, but you can get the wider (1.5" or so) Aluminum spacers from Bulldog Powersports in Cambridge, Ontario.

Be careful when buying the full sized spacers with studs in them(like the ones pictured).I have a set and they fit fine on the front wheels but will not fit on the rear..The center section of the rear wheels are too small for the spacers to fit inside..I forget the measurements but I belive it has to be 5 1/2 inches or smaller across the spacer to work with the rear wheels.......The extra width of the spacers will also make your suspension work harder since it essentially makes the overall length of the A arm and wheel longer..This is usually a good thing with the ultra stiff mini suspensions.

Good point. oldyeller. In fact, the dealer had to machine the front ones smaller so they would fit the Viper 90R front rims. (but the back were OK., I believe)
