That's pretty sad if Tony is the only one at SunL trying to help SunL customers whether it be a dealer or retail customer. That says alot about the company.

In order to buy product from SunL at wholesale price is to be a true powersports dealer, you must have a parts dept. service center the whole works.
The manufacturer for my Chinese ATV will sell me the parts I need and they have not gouged me for any of the parts that I have needed. The above quote should give the readers here some indication that SunL is not in the business of customer service, they just want your money. Once again this also says a lot about the way SunL as a company wants to deal with their retail customers. Pawn them off to their dealers who don't service their customers either. Not only that, why are there so many SunL complaints here in the forums? Could it be SunL's dealer network is not all they claim it is? Or could it be SunL just does not supply the parts the dealers and customers need?
If there is one good thing you can say for SunL, it is that they have one employee who is trying to help their customers. That is still better than none, but who knows how long that will last before he gets fed up and moves on to something better.
