Will Eton Viper 50 cylinder/piston fit Polaris Scrambler 50?

Will the Eton Viper 50 cylinder/piston fit Polaris Scrambler 50?
The parts to me, look exactly alike, but I have not been able to find any interchange info, only that the engines are "alike" and other vague references on the internet. One thread did say Eton MADE the polaris youth engines.....would like to be sure before I buy some parts.
Any clarification as to whether the piston and/or cylinder would fit would be greatly appreciated
