Default Carb Cleaning Help, Prairie 400 4x4

Recently it started leaking gas from the drain hose on the bottom of the carb bowl. Drain screw was tight so we finally decided to tear into the carb.

I have no idea what im looking for. We have the seat off the gastank off and I have the carb sitting loose. The throttle cabels and a few MISC hoses are still attached.

How do I completely remove this stuff so I can get the carb out and start trying to tear it down?

I used some compressed air and blew into the carb through the fuel lines and managed to get some crazy gunk out of the drain tube.. but I still think that it could use a better cleaning.

Does it sound like the carb is infact clogged or do you think I need to do a rebuild or something else?

Thanks in advance site looks good BTW
