Default 96 bayou 300 4x2 CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT

i have a 96 bayou 300 4x2 it makes a lot of noise espically at low rpm.. i found that the adjustment bolt that is used to adjust the clutch is loose and appears to be stripped... that bolt is vibrating alot... the clutch is nice and tight, no slipping in any gears....
is this a big issue, or can that adjustment bolt ratteling cause major damage?
its the adjustment bolt that the manual and other websights talk about, its just under the engine cover on the right side....
please let me know...
