I've been reading up on both these youth quads somewhat lately. She wants a green machine, just like Daddy's, so of course I'm good with that.

Safety features seem pretty decent, electric start w/ kick backup, ride/steering quality is all good from the reviews (unless you have a MX kid hitting jumps like in the reviews...the 90 tended to bottom out on jumps due to the single A arms up front).

Both can be governed down 2 ways which is a nice feature in my opinion for kids as well.

As listed in the Topic Summary.....she's pretty little for her age. Her mother is short as well, so I don't expect her to have a huge growth spurt anytime soon.
Should I go with the 50cc or 90cc?

I think the 90 would just be way too much for her, even governed to the max. (the only reason I even am debating the two is because if I don't want her to get bored with the 50 if she actually pics it up pretty quick)

I'm going with the 50 since she is soo small, but I just wanted some opinions.
(I started on a mojave at 8 yrs old, but I know there is a difference between girls and boys)

 

My son is short just like me!!!! LOL!!! The 50cc is fine. The only thing I dont care for is the controls still seem large for a child. My son races it . He does pretty well with it. Heres the thing, the Kawi 50 and 90 share the same frame. only difference is the wheels and engine. I just stuck with the 50cc since he was gonna race it. ATVA rules limit what he can race. You can make it faster as she gets better. My sons can go 30+ MPH. Stock, it will go 14MPH. I got some pics with him on it . Just click the camera under my screen name!!

 

yeah I kinda figured the 50 would be more than enough. Your sons 50 is bad *** haha, nice job.

I've been trying to find a used one, but I haven't had any luck in finding an 07+ model used. I don't wanna have to go brand new just incase she doesn't like it.
