I bought a '92 220 bayou for my kids and am going to kit the carb. However, I don't have a service manual and hate to buy one just for this. Could someone post the exploded view of the carb for me so that I can see how all the pieces go back together?

Go to the Kawasaki website. Go to the "owner info" area. Then, go to the "parts diagrams" area. Put in the info for your bike and you'll get that diagram.
