Great forum you guys have here. I just purchased an 08 Outlaw 450 mxr as a leftover. I will be doing mostly trail riding with a few track days thrown in. Probably not the best machine for the trails but hey the price was right. I will have alot of questions for everyone here as I have been out of the sport for 20 years. First question I have is, what are some good tires for trail riding. I am not against getting new rims too if i need to go bigger size wise. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forums. For mud, rocks, and hard pack the ITP Mudlite XTRs are great tires but I'm not sure you can get them in the sport quad sizes. Post your current size and maybe someone can help you out. Another thing to do is repost this in the Polaris section. I know there are quite a few Outlaw owners.
