Default ATV Seed Spreader

I would like to put a atv spreader on my 700 sportsman. I have never used one on an atv, but am planning on planting numerous 20 acre food plots this year. Anyone have any suggestions?

Do you want a pull behind or one that mounts to the ATV?

numerous 20 acre food plots.
Wow, thats a lot. Your venison is going to cost you about $200.00/lb.
You'll need a tractor.

I have a tractor, that's the problem I don't want to spend 2000$ on a spreader for it. I use my tractor to disc and want to use my atv to spread. I'm not really sure which is better, pull behind, or rack version, so any advice is appreciated.

I'd look into a good pull behind unit in that case. They generally hold more.

Northern tool and hydraulic use to sell a really nice pull behind model similar to this one:
Spreader

The other one was cheaper and I'm pretty sure was larger and wasn't made by King Kutter. I'm pretty sure it's in their catalog but it doesn't seem to be on their website for some reason.

You might pick up one of their catalogs and see if it is still in there.

Besides, everyone needs a Northern Tool Catalog.
