Well im still beggin to keep the 400. I agree with all of ya, i hate a Chevy Diesel but thats what dad wants me to get, and he said he definately wants whatever truck i get to be diesel. Thats all he has ever drove and him and my brother do that street truck pullin, They both have Powerstrokes with them Hypermax kits on them, and they pull around southern Ohio. I told dad to go buy me a cheep S10 or Danger Ranger till i can get me a bigger truck and he dont like that idea, he said them lil trucks are death traps in the winter, So i dunno, its lookin better but he aint convinced to keepin it yet. Ive told him everything from he'll never get back what he owes to He is stupid for sellin it cause it is only 6 months old, lol. Ill keep ya guys informed.

I once had a new BMW 325I that I had to sell. I got married .... I was screwed ... I wish I had my BMW back. Oh well sometimes you must do things you don't want to do. Purchase a 450 Honda SE the next time.

I would have to disagree with bigmackloud. I am just 17, so the concept or driving is still somewhat new to me.(although i drove when i was 13/14) I would definately have to say that my quad always comes before my truck. Hey, maybe that's just me, but that's the way it goes. I do not neglect either, but if both need some money spent on them, the R gets it 1st.

I used to have a very nice GMC sonoma.IT was a 1991 with a 4.3 in it.4wd extended cab had a kick butt stereo.Perfect body and paint was awesome.I just put all new tires on it.Very very nice little truck everyone always commmented to me how good it looked.

Well 3 weeks ago some old guy stopped in front of me.I wasn't paying attention. And this guy stops about 40 foot in front of me.By the time I realized what happened I locked up the brake and hi the guy.My truck is a tottal mess.THe dash board is in the drivers seat. The is wrinkled The radiator support is where the front of the enigne used to be.I was lucky to get out alive. But I did.I hurt for a couple days like most car wrecks but that was it.

Luckily I had some money saved up.My best freind just got a new 400ex.And I wanted to ride with him so bad.I had the money saved and planned to order all the parts for my R the day I wrecked.

We had a 1990 chevy 3\4 ton 4wd extended cab we have been tinkering with.So I used all my money. To get it in road worthy condition. It still needs painted and the interrior is pretty rough.

When it came down to it I had to choose the truck.Getting rides to work and where ever U want to go gets old very very quick.

One thing about it though.I have no matter how dumb their idea's seem to be.Parents know what they are talking about.

I bought my truck just so I would have something to haul my quad. Dont sell the 400, and you dont need something so expensive for your first vehicle. Just find an older truck or get a smaller one like a toyota or a ranger.

Well, I'm lucky enough to have a car. I had a chance to sell it and buy a nice, new Ford F-150. Instead I keep my car, and trade in my 300ex for a Cannondale Cannibal. Now, I have to find a ride or borrow my dad's truck if I want to haul the quad somewhere.
