Wanna come play in the Yamaha thread and bash my Grizz? I mean it's got crappy disc brakes (not hi-tech drums), IRS and it only does 67 MPH. But I like it fine.

You got too much time on your hands pal, my bike has disc brakes too, it's called the kodiak, which the grizz now looks like, the grizz will be my next quad, more than likely

Huh? What? You have a Kodiak??? Then WTF is with the name and why are you in the honda thread and not over here??????????????????????? (oh i get it, didn'nt like you eh?) BTW, and trust me on this...You are not man enough for the Grizz. I'd hate to read about another sensless death in the paper because some little kid thought there was nothing more to operating a quad than hitting the gas.

And I'm not even sure about the whole kodiak thing. Let's see:

What brand/size tires came stock?
What is the true displacement of the motor?
What is the dry weight of your machine?
What makes the "ultramatic" different from all other belt drives?
Front rack capacity?
Rated towing capacity?

Answers to all of these can be found on the bike and in your manual.

You have ten minutes.

oh ya, it can tow 904lbs
the manuel says the rear rack can hold 176 pounds, but the sticker on the rear rack says 80lbs (can't be the right sticker)

so your not as smart as me. the clutch on the KODIAK exspands inward, that's right INWARD. normally they exspand outward.
my tires are dunlap (sp) and i have a XR 250, which is a honda. i have a thread in the yamaha forum, but no one answered me. and that was my first post, so don't say it's because no one likes me. i also got mixed up with the polaris guys too, boy they really love them polaris'
