Does the factory jet these real lean (perhaps to meet emisions standards)? They take forever to warm up, even with the choke full on. I'm wondering if richer jetting would help??

YZGUY,

I have the same problem with our 90. It even got worse when I put on a K&N air filter. I checked the plug and it looks normal from what I can tell. This weekend I am going to get a few jets and take them to Buttercup Presidents Day weekend and try them out. I'll let you know if it makes a difference.

I also have a very cold blooded TRX 90. I was wondering if a richer pilot jet(if this has one) would help.. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the replies. It's good to know I'm not the only one having this problem. It's a pain sitting around warming up a bike, while the kids are bugging you to get on and go riding.
