RFVC just means it is a four valve engine. if you look at most four stroke engine they all have RFVC engines even though it is just called a 4-valve engine but thank for the reply

Actually no other engine uses hondas RFVC desigin as hondas is a true
RADIAL
four
valve
combustion design that uses a sub-rocker arm to angle the valves in a very steep true hemi design with the spark plug in the very top of the hemi head. When you take the valve cover off you will notice that the valves are in each corner of the engine angleing inward and not just two side by side in the back and front of the engine like other 4 valve engines do. RFVC was born and copyrighted by honda in 1983 on the XR500R and was a technogical breakthrew just as the new CRF450's engine is today with its half shimbucket and half rocker arm design to get the same extreame valve angle with half the parts!

depends on how many pies i have consumed before had

in theory
a warrior would
400ex should......my 350x can (i was barrel racing my mate today on his 98 xr250......bugger bet me into the first corner....actually cut me off......and i couldn't get under him in the corners after that!.......the trackwas too small)

his xr has a bit more at the topend speed (i thinks he has a larger front sprocked) than my stock 350x....he aslo had a couple of mods (HRC piston and head)

.....ride on......every situation will be different......depends where and how ya drag race

......my form today was dissapointing on the barrels......i need to ride more........i ran a 42seconds on my 350x.......honda 3004x4 were doing 48-50 seconds........a honda 465?.......was doing 34sceond.........even the dang raptors were pulling out 37sceonds.......i need to go to the gym

ride on

my atc.......is good for showing up a few of these 'show pony'.......big bangers!

the fastest ( xr250 and 400EX) would be the only race worth it. i think the 400 would win (not jsut because i have one) but because 400ES can tie with cr/kx 125's

the blaster and 300EX will be a good race too but not as fast
