My atv is awesome i just rebuilt it but we tested the fan and it works but the atv overheats and backfires and starts to smoke but we tested the fan what can it be maybe a sensor in the motor that tells the fan to turn on is burntand which that makes the fan not to start? i dont know maybe u guys call help me it would be greatly appreaciated

welcome to the forums! pictures might help. does the fan run all the time, or is it only when it gets hot? sounds like a thermostat issue, or something way worse in the engine itself.

 

it doesnt not even go on at anytime but we tested it and it turned so im not sure?

 

Can the thermostate cause the fan not to turn on please let me know as soon as possible cuz i can see its preety beaten up
