Unhappy Honda Big Red 3 wheeler front tire removal

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to remove the front tire on my 1985 Big Red 250ES and I'm stuck. I loosened the 4 nuts on the right fork and pulled the bracket and also the long bolt that goes through the front wheel and the brake. The long bolt is loose but it will not come out.

Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Make sure you take the fork caps all the way off. Make sure there isn't anything with the brake system that is holding it on. It may have to be turned a certain direction in order for it to come off.

Just a guess.............
