Default Main fuse problem/trx 350 4x4

I have a 2002 trx 350 4x4 and everytime I turn the key on it blows the main 30 amp fuse! Any ideas as to what might be causing this and what would be connected to the main fuse?

The lights and starter are on the fused circuit. It should still start with the recoil starter, so you can still ride.

I had a sort in the lights on my 400 once. A wire got pinched between the plastic the frame and it rubbed the insulation off. No easy fix, except to trace out the wires by hand and look for problems.
