Default honda rancher 350 burning oil

hello all
I have a 03 honda rancher 350 2x4 that burning oil(blue smoke out the exhaust) I took apart the top end of the engine. The values look fine and the rings on the piston look fine. Everything looks fine. What else could be the problem??

Did you do a compression and leak down test??? They will tell you if the rings are worn.

Even worn rings can "look fine" to the naked eye, as can valve guides. I think if I had my top end apart, I would have replaced the rings anyway.
