Talking 1982 honda ATC 250R

hello just got this 250r air cooled someone told me that i could not drive it more then 30 minutes at a time sounds a little off to me but thought i would ask just to be sure.and im sure this has been asked before but whats the ratio for gas & oil? the book says 20:1 but i have always used 32:1 in my polaris atv's i have a cyclone 250 runs 32:1 fine is there somthing different in the 250r?

you should be able to ride it for longer than 30 mins! if your putting around in the woods with no air flow then the engine will overheat. and 20;1 is the correct ratio. different wheelers just use different ratios. be safe and follow the manual is my best advice

I have taken mine on over two hour rides. I take my R apart every season just to make sure. Thing is built damn tough!!!! I have always ran 32:1
