Default 1986 honda 200sx is smoking

hello
I was told that the piston seals went bad and its burning oil and they need to be replaced. A buddy said I need to buy a piston kits and rebuild it but its a 4 stroke so is there anything special that I need to do or could it be something else to that is making it smoke. I am new to the rebuilding stuff as this is the first model I want to keep when it brakes. For some reason I love this thing . Oh should I get it bored out when I do this? if you think so what size would be best .25mm or .50mm

thanks guys for helping

The piston & cylinder should be measured , and the valves & valve guides should be measured ... The cylinder will probably have to be bored to 1st. oversize but everything should be measured first ..
