I have a 250 es i have the same problem. Won't hardley idel using choke to keep running have to feather fuel to keep running. But here is what I found their is a small slotted screw top right side of card counter sunk just a littel bit. Turn screw in (clock wise) your idel will come up. I have to do this every once in a while as it seems to vibrate back out.
