wheel pointed out? what is it
Well give the whole front end a good look over. Check to make sure the wheel bearings are tight, there is no play in the tie rods for the steering, and closely inspect the A-arms and all mounting points to see if anything is damaged or bent.
The alignment could be out because one part/bearing/bushing failed or is damaged, or it could be a combination of wear in all the parts. If everything seems to be OK, you can losen the jam nuts on the tie rod ends then turn the rod to adjust the toe in, but this is uaually a last step after checking for and replacing any worn/damaged parts.

What year/model do you have that was covered by this recall? I have an '05 400ex that has a bent tierod (my fault) but it I could get it replaced by the dealership at no cost would surely be be a good thing for me.
Thanks
