350 Rancher 4x4 When does the fan kick on?

Default 350 Rancher 4x4 When does the fan kick on?
I just got a used rancher 350 4x4 and was wanting to know when the fan to cool the oil normally comes on?

i have a 3504x4 rancher and under normal riding ur fan probally wont come on but if ur winching someone out and just sitting at idle for a while it might get hot enough for the fan to kick on

I ride the hot southwest, and mine comes on very rarely! Like only when I am doing slow trail riding on a hot day, and climbing a lot of hills.
