do a google search, you will find that anything over 95 octane in a stock engine will actually reduce power, modified engines can enjoy 100+ with great results. As long as its not spark knocking or pinging hard, your fine. I run 87 octane in my Rubicon as anything more is just not needed unless I here spark knock, or pinging.
Oh, and "jet" fuel intended for turbine jet engines is pretty much diesel with some extra cold weather attentive's thrown in, aviation fuel intended for prop piston engines is what your looking for.

Yea, I run jet fuel all the time. I have 32:1 compression so I need it for my engine. Errrr.... was that 32:1 pre-mix ratio??????????????????

the rule of thumb for octane is use the lowest octane fuel you can use without spark knock/pinging. Lower octane burns quicker and ignites quicker, high octane resists ignition more so the high compression engines dont pre-ignite it just from the compression.

""I think Jay Leno run it in one of his bikes. He uses it at 100% though""

Yup, he does run true jet fuel, or diesel, home heating oil- whatever he can find as his bike has a true "jet" engine.
