why dont u just tell him what you think they are.....sure he can use the search button but who cares hes new....the top speed for a 400ex ranges from high 60's to low 70's with pipes. The 450r is low 70's i would guess

 

Well my friends cr250 goes about 75.3 m.p.h. if that helps.
