Default wheel spacers

Can anyone tell me which wheel spacers to use? I notice there is a plate design and
than theres what looks like over sized lug nuts? Thank you.

I got the "plate" type as you call it, reason being that there is more support surface and I have a heavy machine. Bought the hi-lifters myself because of brand familiarity.

I have tried both. I would only recommend using the disc or plate type as you call them. I would not use the lug nut type.
