It's main purpose will be for recreation, but it will also be used around the farm. In my mind I have a picture of a camo Rhino with a long arm kit, winch and on board air.

Took Joyner T2 up to Crown King Chili Cook off from Lake Pleasant in Phoenix and went the hard way....one bad rocky hill everyone getting stuck including razor, rhino, and a teryx..razor broke an axle on the third try, teryx hit the granite wall and took 5 times to get up, rhino took three, and the t2 took it in one try and no damage. Have had a problem with shocks but other than that has out preformed all others and has a smoother ride...nice to have a huge parts house for Joyner in Tempe.

Joyner is crap, they seem amazing at first. I know PLENTY of people who bought Joyners and are now kicking their *****.

The RZR is good but very tippy, if you are going the Polaris route opt for the RZRS. It is WAY better than the standard RZR.

I like the Rhino personally, it is more practical for what we do. When we go out riding we have plenty of room in the bed for an ice chest and what ever else we want to take. You are very limited on bed space with the RZR.

The Kawasaki is a great machine but they cheaped out on the roll cage. i have seem numerous Teryx cages fail on roll overs.

You can make the Rhino bad ***, mine will top out in the mid 50s which is pretty fast in a SxS.

Up here in the New England area it is hard to use a UTV because many of the trails have gates that are 52". The pretty much limits us to a 2-up quad or the Polaris RZR. I'm starting to see a handful of RZRs now and they can keep up with a utility machine in the hands of the right driver. And they do fine in the rocks, mud, and water of New England from what I've seen. I can't wait to see one in some of the deeper waterholes just to see if the driver/passenger end's up with wet pants.

What irritates me is!
Those 6-packs work pretty good.

Like passengers. Made my Teryx a 4 seater but I agree the extra space is nice.

I think you really have to look at the big three here if you are serious about trail riding in a SxS. one of the RZR, Rhino, Terex trio will serve you well, with the RZR being the sportiest ride in either standard or S version, while the Rhino or Terex will give you a little more utility and still give you a fairly sporty ride in stock form

A couple things to concider...
with the addition of aftermarket parts, you can make any one of these fine machines into exactly what you need.
Do the research before you buy! I went through this same process recently, I was under the assumption that the stock 50" RZR was OK for the gates but found out after I had made the deal on the RZR that SxSs cannot be driven here anywhere but private property! I have a 5 acre wooded lot and that is a bit slim for a RZR!

For what you are describing, the Rhino sounds right up your alley....each UTV has it's own little niche, I think, but the Rhino just does it ALL well.
