Default clucthes/turning new

I was curious if anyone out there knew about these drive clutches for the belt driven atv's. I am actually trying to fix one for a golf cart which is nearly identical as that on my polaris. Just a bit smaller. Part of it has cracked and I know I can easily make a new piece if I can find out what type of aluminum it was.
Actually the other side needs fixed because it is completely wore out where the belt rides. I know these can be turned but this one is far beyond that point. Just hoping there are some machinists out there who may know.

Welcome to the forums.

There are a few people here that really know the clutch systems here. Hopefully they'll answer your questions.

It's not an optical illusion. It just looks like one.
