No way. They have the motor for it, but nothing comes geared for that from the factory. Actually, even the raptor 350 doing 70 is pretty optimistic. That Outlaw is more likely running mid to high 70's.
I can also tell you the Raptor 350 won't do 60 stock. It has that old tired warrior motor in it. Now modded a bit with a good tail wind going down hill with some different gearing it could happen.

I dont think there is a quad out there, stock, that will do 90 +mph, that i know of. You have to remember, these bikes come from the factor to try and satisfy the customer in every way it may be ridden. For example, they cant build a bike that will do 90+ b/c that will require high gears. Try to ride that same bike in the woods or on trails. the bike will have difficulties. Dont get me wrong, it can be done, but theres a fine line there that the bike will require a lower gear ,but not have it b/c its meant for racing at high speeds. Now take that same bike ,put some lower gears in it and now you have a bike that will run great on trails for the faster, shorter, straighaways and still be fast, just not 90mph fast. Get what im saying? Now one thing that can be done and is cheap, change out the sprocket. My friend found that a one tooth larger sprocket was perfect for riding the trails around here. Says it helps to carry the gear out a little longer and dont have to shift as much on the trails. I know you were looking for just a "yes" or a "no" answer, but i am bored.
I have no doubt in my mind that the raptor can hit speeds of 70MPH..
We have top it out several ways and they all have results of high 60's
including running a wehicle beside it, running his Grizzly 700 by it (with
speedometer), and a radar gun... the highest was the radar gun with
71MPH...
Also this thread is not for bashing on the Raptor. Its for your opinion on
the Outlaw's top speed...
Hey I'm not bashing it! We have tons more of fun on our friends raptor than his dads YFZ! The fact is no quad stock will do 90. The fastest stock quad the Quadzilla only hit 80. They can be made to go 90 but out of the factory no way no how.

OK I'm not saying you are lying, but something was wrong with your measuring medium because NO WAY IN HECK will a stock Raptor 350 hit anywhere near 70mph......impossible.
My wife owns one, and that thing is lucky to hit 60mph on flat ground...... My z400 was clocked with GPS at 67mph and it is WAY faster then our Raptor......My buddy's 450R was GPS at 74mph and he has the HRC kit......That Raptor 350 could not keep up with an infant riding it, and a bear on the z400.....
Now granted those could be off by a couple MPH if you factor in altitude, surface, rider weight, slight inaccuracies of the GPS, etc.....But there still no way that 350 will hit 70...
There is also no way the 525 will do 90....not with stock gearing..... It takes thousands of dollars to build a Baja machine that can do 85. If there was something that did 90 stock, every Baja racer would be trying one out.
