I have a set of sand stars 20x11 x10 and I think I could use a bigger paddle, I run nothing but dunes. Do some racing, but mostly play. I have a k/n filter. power commander and a pipe. Son in law says get the haulers in a 22x10x10 in a 10 paddle. he runs a 22x10 x8 10 paddle on a built banshee. I like the sand stars for side hilling but feels I could use more tire for racing up hill. and little lower gear. Thanks for any input.

i chould not make up my mind eather so i have both but if i had only 1 pair the skat trak hauler whould be the ones i whould keep. the only thing i cant do with the haulers over the sand stars is jump nearly as far or the rims will end up bending at some point. i have a pair or 22x11x12 and love them for when i ride the sand highway at glamis. top speed is great on them and i can jump as far as i want with worring about bending. you might think of going something inbetween like a skat trak edge . never had it myself but people tell me they hook up better than a sand star. and they are lighter also. take a look at a 10 cup edge 21x12x8

I run 21X11X8 - 8 paddle haulers. They work very well.

Wife's bike has 20X10X10-8 paddle haulers. Great if you want to break loose the back end of the bike but, not as good for speed.

The Haulers make the difference!

I've got a set of 22's in my garage (let me know if you are interested?$?$?)

The 8" rim I've got on my 21's is great for shooting the hill but, when I go to dune I need to make sure the air pressure is up as they just want to dig in and send me straight when I punch it. . . they don't want to break-loose like the 20's do.

I can see for the Sand Highway I'll love my 21's too. Great for high-speed duning.
