Default Rear tires for a 2wd foreman 500?

when i get my dads foreman i want some good tires..

i was thinking 26" mudlite xtrs? i want to be good on trail but decent in the mud too..

OR i was thinking the zillas?

i want no powerloss or alot of strain..

would 26" tires fit on the stock foreman rim?

26 in would fit easily, I would get mud light XLs the Zizzas are to hard core mud oriented and would be rough for more general riding.

A 2wd 500 ! Don,t worry about power loss. heck i would even thing of 27 " maybe.

mudlite xls? arnt they 30"?? but those are hard core mud tires..

and the rims say 12x7.5 or 7.5x12 i dont remember..

i would go with 27" but it would look weird with only 25s up front

XL just have 1"1/8 th lugs vs 3/4" lugs of the regular "AT" Mudlites but there still not agressive as a Mud Zilla. XLs comes in 24" to 27" I think.

I think it would think it would bad A$S.

Wouldn't it throw off the handling by running 2 different sized tires?

not really front to back, you set a little cockeyed but you feel cool! i dont like the mudlights, for me they are expensive and tend to wear fast. i like my mud bugs or zillas! 26-27" would be fine

Not really there are many 2wd ATVs with larger rears wheels stock.

A Bayou 300 has 24 rears and 22 fronts.

I just put Zilla's on my 2wd Wolvy 350. I'm very happy with them, especially right now b/c the trail is more mud than trail
