Default Falcon 150 won't start

I was driving my falcon it was running perfect then it just cut out and won't start again. It backfires when I try to start it. It is getting fuel I've swapped the CDI, coil and plug but it made no difference.

you need to go through the wiring harness/loom and check all of your quick connects. sometimes they'll back out of each other, while apart, check the blades inside of the quick connects to make sure they're engaged properly. if all of that is good, let's start checking your red kill slider switch.

Have now got it running perfectly for about a minute but it then Boggs down and cuts out. It starts again and does the same. The spark plug is flooded and I have cleaned the carb out 3 times

pressure washers get things real clean, but wreak havoc on electrical parts.
bogging down----that's indicative of lack of fuel/too much air. the ratio is off and what i mean is that you have plenty of air, not enough fuel. SO, pull the jets out one more time and clean them. it doesn't take much to plug them off.
