I have a 05 sunl 90 small tired atv. I want to put an engine from a 09 taotao 110 large tired atv in it...my niece needs more power,but isn't comfortable on the larger size machine.they are both automatic trans.anyone see a problem with this...I have a bunch of these machines,so parts not an issue.

 

If the 90 is a 2 stroke, it can be much faster than the 110.

 

they are both 4 strokes...

 

shouldn't be a problem same footprint I believe

 

The only thing that may be different is the stator. If so, you can usually swap them over. Engine mounts should be the same.

 

i'll have to check the wiring.
