Default 2006 200cc Viva motors gorilla atv starting issue

I have a 2006 200cc viva motors gorilla. Whenever i step on the break and hit the start button all that it does is have the dash screen flicker a little. No engine cranking, no solenoid cranking, just a little flicker. The battery and the solenoid are both brand new, so I just don't know what to do. Im ready to throw this piece of junk out. Please help.

Sounds like a bad wire. Just got done repairing one of mine and it turned out a wire was broken from the solder

How would you find the bad wire. It sounds like you'd need a voltage meter, but I don't know where to go from there

First thing I would do is take a screwdriver and put it across the big terminals of the solenoid. if you don't get it to turn over that way u have a bad connection between their and the batt. Then u can get a cheep test light and test both your hot lead to the starter grounding the test light to battery and then test your main ground on the frame by putting your lead on your hot and probing the frame ground. I have a short memory and have not figured out how to go back and read the forum while posting. Did u replace your battery? Is it charged? Try boosting it you can use your car to do it. I may just have a flat batt

The engine will crank when I jump the solenoid, but when I use the safety and hit the ignition. All I would hear is a faint click. Not even a rapid click that would come from the solenoid

ok i would make a jumper out of a old pc of wire and disconnect the start button and use the jumper wire to trigger it. Almost sounds like its not getting a great connection at the switch or the solenoid is going bad
