It has a heavy pushbutton wired in for the starter (bad relay? ) I'm not sure that any of the quads original wiring is good. The on/off switch is going to be add backwards for killing the ignition. The start button isn't hooked to anything. Neither is the key switch. So if I could make it ground the kill switch with key off that would be fine since its not doing anything as it is. Not so sure how I'd wire that... as I'd want it to be grounded with key off .

Ok i cleaned the carb re-installed it and got it to idle ok. BUT it has isues reving up! If i spray carb cleaner on the intake boot i can get it to rev up instead of bog. It has some cracks in it. So im assuming this is my issue. Where can i find one? it looks to be the same as a yamaha jog 90cc but not 100% sure.

Replaced the intake and made things better also replace fuel filter and plug but it bogs bad when you give it gas! I have noticed that if I back out the screw on bottom of float bowl it just drips gas ? Is. This a sign of float problems? I found new carb for 36 shipped on ebay is it worth a try or do I have other issues ?

I'm pretty sure it is a drain. But seems it should Di more than drip if I'm getting enough gas. Everything else around here has a healthy stream of gas if you backout the drain screw.

How do you check/set the timming? im wondering if its off since it seems ok wide open but bogs so bad when you give it gas it wont rev up unless you have the rear wheels jacked up off ground.

Default *****Generic 5 pun cdi will not rev****!!

DISREGARD MY WIRING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE 5 PIN CDI! IT WILL NOT REV UP BECAUSE OF THE TIMING CURVE!

You MUST Use a 2 stroke cdi!! EBay search "jog cdi" the performance cdi box for $20 works great! You CAN however use the generic China coils they do work with a 2 stroke engine!
