Default 4 wheeler help please!!!???

Hey well first off i have a 2005 90cc baja 4 wheeler but i was told they turned it into a 110cc. Okay well... when i take the engine covers off both sides i see both sides spinning when i push the start button. But..... It wont crank over for it to start i replaced the battery, starter solenoid and push start button and the starter is good! the ignition coil cable was burnt but still got spark( I put the spark plug in to wire and put it against metal and got blue spark) Could that be the problem why it will NOT turn over to start!? please tell me Thank you !!!

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "both sides spinning" and "it won't crank over".

Are you trying to say the starter is turning but the engine is not turning?

Or are you trying to say that the engine turns with the starter motor but it just won't start?

If the engine is not turing but the starter is turning then your starter clutch is slipping. If the engine turns but won't start then the standard procedure is to check spark (which you've done), fuel and compression. When was the last time you checked your valve adjustment?
