Default type of oil?

I just got a used falcon 110 with no manual. Want to change the oil. What type of oil are you supposed to run in these things. 10w*30? 15w*40? And how much?

I use Valvoline 10wt*40 in all of my Honda and Chinese 4 strokes....

Id guess the 110 holds about 30ozs.

10w30 or 10w40 depending on what temp your in....make sure its NOT energy conserving and your good to go.

personally I use Rotella T 15w40 in all my off*road machines and Ive had good luck with it.....

I have been using that kind of oil in my air cooled 4 strokes for decades...No slipping or burnt clutches and no oil related engine damage in all that time..I dont think a air cooled 4 stroke puts enough stress on any of the engine parts for it to matter..

Now in a High Performance water cooled 4 stroke I would use something better...My KTM engine gets Amsoil 10wt*40 motorcycle oil.

Your saying your using Energy Conserving oil in your dirt machines and its not caused any clutch slipping.
