I had never heard of these, so I did a search. Wow, they sure are getting proud of these things! That is a lot of $$ to spend for the dealer not to have a knowledgeable service tech! I would contact Bennche directly at this point, especially if it is still under warranty. Since it is efi and you don't have fuel or spark, it has to be an electrical problem somewhere. Blown fuse? Weak battery? Pinched wire or bad connector? That is where I would be looking.

i would grab a test light and start testing from the battery following your power wire up to the switch and beyond. i would say you have a faulty ignition switch, kill switch, or your neutral safety is bad. Is anything else electrical working? not sure if these things have a dash light that let you know if its in neutral?
